Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, you must give 48 hours’ notice. If 48 hours' notice is not given you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. A grace period of up to 30 mins is offered, any late arrivals thereafter may be refused service and charged as a no show, or billed at 120/hr additional time.
